All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre located in Gurugram

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the returns center found in our website footer.
2. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• All exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the products are returned after use or are damaged.
• Returns must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.

To cancel an order, please log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order number you wish to cancel and click the cancel button

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we deliver across India and plan to provide international delivery soon !

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped
